A 19-year-old Texas college student recently earned the distinction of "most adorable drug kingpin" after her arrest on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, distributing a controlled substance, and drug possession. Sarah Furay, a Dean's List student at Blinn College, was arrested after police reportedly found 31.5 grams of packaged cocaine, methamphetamine, 126 grams of marijuana, 29 tablets of Ecstasy and 60 doses of a substance similar to LSD in her apartment. They also report finding packing materials, digital scales, and even a drug price list in her home.

While the mugshot of the smiling teenager certainly earns the title of "adorable," the term "kingpin" may be a bit inflated. Kingpin implies drug distribution on a much larger scale. Our infographic highlights some of the richest drug lords.
